Is this right beahavior for my husband?

we moved into a house like a7 months ago and we have our next dorr neighbors which are the sme age as us, 28 and are married. Well they are very close to my husband and I've noticed the girl talks a lot to him and the guy stares at me a lot. I am shy so I don't mingle too much with them. Well I noticed yesterday that my husband was serving her food and they sat to talk while her husband was in aother corner. I'm not insecure bc i am very attractive but I am not into someone disrespecting me either. I just don't want this getting out of hand is all. Even my mother and stepfather said it was wrong he doesn't even serve food to me and it was father's day so why does he have to all of a sudden serve food when I'm there I get taken as the waitress. We have a lot of marital problems right now including nio intimacy so I wanted to know if this was normal.
