7" Mini Netbook with Windows CE?

I have been looking for an affordable netbook computer, and have stumbled across these small ones for $100 or under. They come with Wifi, Windows CE 6.0, 2 megs memory, have a 7" LCD screen, flash drive, usb ports and many other features. Are they worth the money or just overpriced pieces of junk?
