What does Youtube mean --- "This video contains content from SME. It is not available in your country"?

WTF? I just got that from Youtube when I tried to play "wtff" (LOL) by Living Colour on Youtube. What's it mean? SME? What's that? Answer carefully, responsibly and thanks!!!
