What hairstyle would suit me....?

I have a small oblong face shape. My hair is quite thin. Im fair skinned and i have black hair. i like waves but not sure. does anyone have any good suggestion? what kind of fringed would suit me? what length would look good ? Any links, tutorials, celeb with sme features? Thank You sooo much in advance :)
