Help me please. Koreans?

Just want to ask if Korean trainees will treat me well at a certain Entertainmen Agency in korea. Such Sme , cube , yg etc.. Will the other trainees treat me well? I don't mean to say anything but aren't they racist? I'm Asian too but not Korean. Somebody answer me please. I really want to know.
