Is this alienware laptop good for gaming?

A friend of mine has that, it's a beast. I'm positive that it will run those games, but not necessarily on high. And it'l probably get very warm while playing them, so invest in a good laptop cooler. For applications like AutoCad or 3d modeling it truly excels.
