Is this weight type of loss safe?

first your breakfast should be your biggest meal, second dont overwork your muscles because it will cause u to become very weak and sore, and finally eating too much rice will make u gain weight because its a starch also beef not a lean protien like poulrty therefore it will have more fat also all that gravy will clog your arteries try salad fruit smoothies yogurt chicken fish veggies soups ect
