Needing help totally confused...?

hey ama 16 years old n moved out from ma dad coz he used 2 beat me up (moved 2 ma grandma) its compulsory not official but he doesn't have anything against me 2 force me 2 return..now he keeps on calling n a haven't ans da phone for like 2 weeks coz ama simply sick of discussions but whenever i tell him dat, it had lead into sme laboured discussion as welll......-.- n ama trieng ma best 2 avoid dat....any ideas or should i simply break up all contacts?.....
