My dog is on day 5 with parvo?

My dog is on day 5 with parvo all skin and bones and i thought she would turn for the better after 5 days but this morning she could not even walk she can stand up and poo and pee's where she sleeps took her to the vet again and they kept her on the IV fluids im really depressed they said she might not live through the night pls tell me if your dog had the sme expiriance and lived Im too upset i cant stand to loose her and dont know what to do
