Flash drive loosing memory?

I have a 2.0GB USB Flash Drive and have been using it to transfer music from one computer to another all day. But now that I'm done, I've noticed 1) not all my songs transfered and 2) my flash drive says it only has 153.2MB of memory left, yet 0 items on it. What is up with my flash drive and how do I fix it?
