Should buddhist girl from sri lanka go to america to study?

Not to put shame to my own country but if I were you I would go to Japan, or China because they take their education more seriously. Over here you'd get made fun of if you wanted to get a higher education, and because you're South Asian and I don't think you want stress. And about the cultural thing, it's not true, we do have diverse cultures over here, but they (we) mainly keep to ourselves.
