Was it a dream or reality?

Something weird happened to me lately. I was about to sleep at night when i heard someone slaping/banging their hand on my bed. i got scared and i fell asleep. I woke up and i feel like someone hit me real bad and also that i was unconcius like someone gave me anesthesia or something .every part of my body is aching. I told mum ad she said it happens sometimes when u r really tired thats all. could it be? I havent done anything tiresome lately. th same night, earlier that evening, i was trying again toconvince my mom dat they should take sme action abt some ppl.
