About the SMTown flashmob?

i really wanna go to the smtown flashmob in toronto because i would love to have bands like SNSD, f(x), and Super Junior to see all of the kpop lovers here in canada! But i was wondering, do you have to be asian to attend to the flash mob? not saying that all kpop lovers are asian but on the facebook page for the flashmob they mentioned they wanted SME to "notice the kpop loving asian community" or something like that....
