Shall i smoke weed in this situation?

hi. I went out last saturday it was raining on me i was drinkin some strong liquor and smoking.the next day i wke up with a fever, headache,fatigue and sore throat.the next i tried to cough hard and i was coughin a little little quantity of blood mixed with mucus but blood come when i cough very hard and today i feel better theres no blood in it but i still have sme small sore throat no headache.
